**EMAIL ME PRIOR TO BOOKING TO BE SURE I AM AVAILABLE FOR YOUR EVENT DATE**
In addition to sending me your event date(s), please send me your event location & time event starts and ends
PRICING INCLUDES:
10-15 min blank face paintings/drawings (see pics for medium & style options) on 4in x 6in paper (with custom event details pre printed on paper)
on site fee/materials
approx 3-4 paintings per hour (2-3 people per painting). This makes an approximate total of 6-10 PEOPLE per hour. **if you’d like more portraits done at the event per hour, I can hire another trusted artist(s) for an additional fee (ask for pricing, based on your location)
arrival of 1-2 hours before guests arrive to set up
minimum of 6 hours of working with one 20 min break
on site portraits only (any other portraits that I didn’t get to at the event can be completed at my home studio after the event and shipped to you when complete as a special bulk discount pricing offer to the couple/client
$20 each (including bulk discount + free shipping all to ONE address) if ordering over 10 paintings (the paintings are regularly $39 each if bought individually)
$39 each if not ordering more than 10 paintings (free shipping to ONE address)
choose your preferred portrait style in the examples seen from my instagram post at the bottom of this page (default/popular style is watercolor)

lodging & meals
gas/tolls/other travel costs
Completed portraits that I never got to at the event
Additional artists for more completed portraits at the event itself
REQUIREMENTS FROM EVENT VENUE/YOU:
minimum 4ft table with tablecloth (preferable dark color in case of paint accident)
chair
table with tablecloth on and chair pre set up BEFORE my arrival
the set-up location must be next to an outlet of two working plugs that I will need to use the entire time i’m there
I will set up a sign easily explaining to your guests how to go about getting a protrait
fun + happy guests :)
