EVENT SCENE LIVE PAINTING
Original LIVE oil painting of a scene at your wedding or event in-person ! You + your guests will not believe witnessing the painting process unfold before their eyes from the very beginning! As the event goes on, anyone can watch the painting progress. I will bring the painting home to perfect and finalize in my home studio (instead of rushing to complete in person for a lesser quality painting as seen from other live artists). More details below

✨ 18in x 24in canvas (either oil or acrylic - whichever works best for your specific scene/event)
✨ I will arrive up to 1hr before guests arrive to set up and find the perfect location to paint from along with the perfect scene to prep to paint. if you already have requests of what you’d like painted, please email me all your requests before your event
✨ I will need to have confirmation that my set up location is next to an outlet for my light and charger. it’s always best to get confirmation with the venue beforehand to avoid any panicking to find a spot during the event
✨ facial features of up to 8 “main people” will be more recognizable and detailed (if you need more faces recognizable/detailed, please email before ordering so I can adjust the pricing to reflect the extra work). If there are other people seen in the painting besides the main 8, their faces will be more blurred and nondescript.

✨ this listing price covers a maximum of 8 hours of live on-site work at the venue, along with up to 40 hours of additional at-home completion of the painting
✨ travel/flight/hotel costs: this will be an additional fee dependent on your specific venue location. email me beforehand for your specific travel fees (i’m located in southern CT)
Locations that require no flight fees: Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Eastern Pennsylvania, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Delaware. ALL OTHER LOCATIONS REQUIRE FLIGHT FEES
Locations that require no overnight hotel fees: Connecticut, Orange County + Duchess County + all NY counties south including NYC and all of Long Island, Bergen County NJ, Hudson County NJ, Rhode Island, South Border towns of Massachusetts (touching CT). ALL OTHER LOCATIONS REQUIRE OVERNIGHT FEES
