**EMAIL ME PRIOR TO BOOKING TO BE SURE I AM AVAILABLE FOR YOUR EVENT DATE**
In addition to sending me your event date(s), please also send number of guests, your ideal number of completed portraits, your event location & time event starts for guests.
PRICING INCLUDES:
10-15 min blank face paintings/drawings (see pics for medium & style options) on 4in x 6in paper (with out without custom printed event details pre printed on paper)
on site fee/materials
approx 3-4 portraits per hour (a couple takes 15 min, just one person takes 10 min) **if you’d like more portraits done at the event per hour, I can hire another trusted artist(s) for an additional fee (ask for pricing, based on your location)
arrival of 1-2 hours before guests arrive to set up
maximum 6 hours of working with one 20 min break
on site portraits only (all other portraits that I didn’t get to at the event can be painted at my home studio after the event and shipped to you when complete.
$20 each (including bulk discount + free shipping all to ONE address) if ordering over 10 paintings.
$39 each if not ordering more than 10 paintings (free shipping to ONE address)

Completed portraits that I never got to at the event
Additional artists for more completed portraits at the event itself
REQUIREMENTS FROM EVENT VENUE/YOU:
minimum 4ft table with tablecloth (preferable dark color in case of paint accident)
chair
planned ahead up time area designated for me, preferable near a light
must be seated by an outlet to use to paint from images of your guests sent to my phone
I will set up a sign easily explaining to your guests how to go about getting a protrait
pretty + happy guests :)
